R159 – MOIS (Moving Off Information System)

Start-off aid: The FLEX MOIS R159 warns the driver of pedestrians and cyclists directly in front of the vehicle when starting off. The warning is issued from a distance of approx. 10 cm.

Collision warning: Weaker road users in the lane are detected and reported in the event of a possible collision.

Collision protection: Warns of people directly in front of the vehicle and also directly in front of the vehicle in the blind spot. This is an important additional protection when pulling away, especially with high cabs.
